The ideas that you suggested, made such a difference, and your attention to detail was ideal, and in every aspect of the job. Your finishes and the design ideas you envision, were excellent and unique. Only would a company with this experience, see the results of the end of the job at the beginning. Washburn Construction, is a reliable contractor and easy to work with. Cost wise, Washburn Construction was always on time and in budget. We are more than happy with the workmanship of Washburn Construction, and appreciate the professional manner that was provided to us as owners. Washburn Construction worked on our beach house on Southern Rhode Island in the fall of 2010 into the winter of 2011. They duplicate exactly the plans drawn by our architect on time and on budget, despite many complicated details. It was a pleasure dealing with Steven Washburn and his staff. I contracted Washburn Construction Company in the fall of 2009 to tear down and rebuild my Rhode Island home. Steve Washburn pledged to be done with everything before Memorial Day weekend. His crew worked weekends and holidays in freezing conditions to get the job done. I’ve lived in Rhode Island for thirty years, and this is the first time I ever saw a contractor completely deliver on this promise. I was impressed!
