Unlike many other construction companies, we do very little subcontracting. Washburn Construction has their own excavation capabilities, masons, landscapers, framers and finish carpenters so our schedule is unimpeded by the timetable of others. Our President, Steven T. Washburn grew up in a family with construction roots dating back to the 1940’s. Three generations of building experience has taught us how to combine old-world workmanship, with state of the art materials and techniques. The finished projects personify quality, craftsmanship, durability and efficiency that will last for generations.
